I hope Airbnb removes this listing.
I booked this place 3 months ago, when my husband and I arrived there was no one there to greet us.

An email was supposed to be sent with checkin instructions, but it was never sent.

I called the number on the listing, it’s a working number but no one answered.

My husband went to the main house and knocked on the door. An old man answered and said his daughter handled the Airbnb, but they haven’t been renting it out since 2020.

Sooo we had no where to stay! We had our dog with us and it’s summer on a Tuesday at 5pm! Luckily it was a Tuesday… so after searching we did find something that was within our budget.

I don’t know if Sarai is trying to scam people or if it was an honest mistake.
But it was a nightmare.

5 stars for Airbnb support helping us along the way. They gave us a full refund and 30% off our next booking.

Been doing Airbnb for a long long time and nothing like this has ever happened.

This is a very nice cottage, that is attached to a house. But separated by a small court area. The window shades we felt could have been a little more private, and expect a lot of light to come into the room. It holds an amazing copper tub with jets in it to enjoy. The tub was the go to for this location but it also was close to town and shops to enjoy during your stay.
It is a small room, with a nice little patio area outside the cottage that has its own little charm.
We were able to come and go as we pleased freely with a keypad entry and private walk to our door. I felt the room could have had a walk over as we seen cobwebs and felt that the bathroom could have been stocked a little better. Overall we would be happy to come back and enjoy this quite little place again.

Had a great weekend. Home was easy drive to many great places and a relaxing spot to come back to.

The tub is where it’s at. I bathed for hours in the eve and morning.
