What a special experience! Raja first started with a visit to the market to get our ingredients and then led us through making a feast (multiple salsas, the pork trompo, guacamole, tortillas). He shared lots of useful general cooking/kitchen tips as well. Lastly, we all shared a meal together in his garden.

I’ve done a few cooking classes before and this was by far the best. He also was able to make a vegan option for a person in our group and helped recommend transit options ahead of time. We will definitely fondly remember this day.
