A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

Stugan har en bottenvåning med fullutrustat kök, matplats, bäddsoffa och toalett/dusch på 25 kvm och ett sovloft på 10 kmv. Som gäst har du även möjlighet att nyttja skidspår utanför dörren. Stugan hyrs ej ut till rökare. The cottage is not rentable for smokers

The house is located in a child-friendly neighborhood close to nature, about 10-15 minutes by car from Skellefteå city center. I & my two sons live in the other part of the villa. There is a Coop, gas station, pizzeria, bathhouse and library within walking distance. By car, you can get to central Skellefteå in about 10-15 minutes. There are also buses that take about 25 minutes into town.
