Apartment 119 m²: 3 bedrooms Children's room: Accommodates up to 7 children. The top beds of the 2 bunk beds are designed for children only. The remaining beds of the two bunk beds could also be used by up to 5 adults.

Our well-kept apartment is situated in a quiet location in the Reutte valley basin, in the middle of the Ausserfern/Tyrol tourist region. The apartment on the first floor is part of a detached house which we live in as a family, but is completely separated with its own entrance. It consists of a bedroom for 2 people, bathroom with toilet/bathtub/washer/dryer, fully equipped. Kitchen-living room with TV and sofa bed for another 2 people. Own free parking right by the house + 380V connection for electric cars.

King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

The key handover takes place, if desired, completely contactless! Our cozy newly renovated large apartment in Lechaschau is located in a former farmhouse directly on the B189 (within the village) into the Lech Valley. Since it is a very old house, the ceiling height is quite low compared to new buildings.
