The house has 3 levels with 4 bedrooms (with their own air conditioning), 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet, large bright living room with spectacular sea views, an open kitchen that is fully equipped and looks up to the Sierra Bermeja, an (optional heated) private swimming pool of 7.5 meters long, various (roof) terraces, parking within the site and of course wifi. The house faces South and offers a lot of privacy.
