Super cozy villa apartment close to Copenhagen

Welcome to our villa apartment, where we have been meticulous about details and comfort. The apartment is furnished on the 1st floor of our villa with room for 3 (4) guests. Our family lives on the ground floor. The apartment consists of one large room, with a nice double bed, a sofa bed, nice kitchen, a large bathroom and a large balcony. Our house is located in Bagsværd, 12 km from Copenhagen C, close to North Zealand. The bus runs right outside the door - 15 min. walk to the S-train - and the possibility of parking for free at the curb.

A charming entrance is framed by vibrant flowering plants and greenery. A deep blue door leads into the property, while terracotta pots filled with colorful flowers decorate the area. Natural shade is provided by a tree positioned next to the entrance.

Charming luxury city apartment for a couple (1 double bed) in an old property (merchant shop) from the 1900s, just opposite the old Municipal Hospital, which is now a university. There is a private entrance under a small tree, pots and a coffee-latte bench in front. It is a quiet, sunny, one-way street, with a view down to the lakes at one end of the street and the Botanical Garden's greenhouse at the other end of the street. 2 minutes to the Stantsmuseum for art, large park Østeranlæg. 4 minutes walk to Nørreport station/metro.

A private entrance leads to a cozy outdoor seating area, featuring a small table and two chairs. Decorative pots with flowers are placed on the ground, and wooden fences provide privacy. A well-maintained grassy area is visible in the surroundings.

Beautiful, bright, cozy 2-room apartment in a newly built villa with its own entrance in a quiet residential area. Free parking at the door. Access to your own private courtyard outside the front door. Bathroom with shower with "rainwater shower" and hand shower. The bedroom has 2 single beds that can be put together to form a large double bed. Living/dining room with well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and induction stove Sofa and dining/work table. Easy check-in with lockbox.

The epitome of HYGGE! Luxurious laid back scandi vibes in the heart of the city. A stones throw from Tivoli & City Hall. This listed & stylishly restored flat has a comfy kingsize bed, bathroom w rain shower/modern kitchen/cozy living room & walk-in closet. Our guests tell us they love this rare garden apartment but the quiet all private yard is what makes it so unique. Perfect for a couple. Newly refurbished 3 room flat in quiet street with great access to public transportation and only a 12 min bike ride to the city. Pay parking using ‘Easy Park’ app available in my street and nearby streets. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, parks and the Metro station. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in my street and in 1 min walk range. City bikes for rent in my street. Table tennis, jazz events and fleemarkets take place regularly on the square opposite the flat.

Nyd det simple liv i fredfyldt og centralt beliggende oase. Midt i det københavnske latiner kvarter, ligger denne gemte perle i et baghus med tilhørende lille privat have. Boligen er totalt nyistandsat, alt inventar er nyt. En stue med vinduer mod den brostens belagte gård, med grønne træer, privat cykel parkering (til 2 cykler) og privat soveværelse med udgang til haven. I stuen en ny sovesofa og en dedikeret arbejdsplads. Lejligheden er egnet til den lille familie, eller 3 "gode" venner.

The guest suite has its own cozy little garden and a bathroom with a washing machine. There can be two adults. The bed measures 200 x 140 cm. There is tableware, an electric kettle, refrigerator and toaster. There is no kitchen. As the home is very close to Herlev station, the train can be heard. We have a well-behaved dog in our part of the garden, which you may meet on the way into the guest suite. You are very welcome. However, we do not want anyone other than you in the home.
