Unique newly renovated farmhouse in Gamla Gävle

Now we finally rent out our new renovated (ready 2022) unique farmhouse about 1 room and kitchen distributed on 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave,coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4a. The bathroom farmhouse gem, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs there is the bedroom, 160 bed, a small sofa and armchair as well as swivel smart tv. The farmhouse is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Welcome to book our house at a favorable “try-on” price. Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self sufficient on electricity through solar cells, and not connected to the grid. The house is "off grid" and is now ready at 98%. All the functionality is done, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

An outdoor space next to the lake features a circular stone fire pit surrounded by several wooden chairs. Tall grasses and trees frame the area, providing a natural setting. The water and distant shore are visible in the background, creating a serene atmosphere.

Get close to nature and enjoy the sun in Uppsala-Näs. We have our own jetty for swimming and private barbecue area right on the lake. The forest is outside the step so is good for those who like long walks. The lake also offers good fishing & skating in the winter for those interested. Nearest grocery stores, restaurants, cafes & pharmacy are about 10 min away by car. Uppsala center you reach in 20 minutes by car. We have bus connections (Bus 107) 800 meters from here that goes directly into Uppsala in 30 minutes.

Large, secluded garden, with many different garden rooms for all activities, senses and ages. 10 min to train/bus that takes you to Stockholm city in 40 min. The place dates back to the Viking Age, rune stones, and hiking trails on the doorstep. Abba grew up here in Vallentuna.

Warm welcome at Bresse Inn. This is a house of about 180 sqm, two floors with five bedrooms, a total of ten beds. Spacious kitchen and large patio with barbecue and cozy lounge area. In walking distance you will find Mälaren and Bredsandsstrand, we also have a hot tub that is available if you like a little warmer water. Enköping is close to both by car and bike and free parking is available right next to the house, where you can stand up to four passenger cars.
