Newly renovated villa in Sigtuna

Very charming newly renovated (2020) villa on three levels. Large newly built terrace with possibility for dinner, hang out and barbecue during the summer months. Lovely plot that is protected on a hill, nice opportunity for ball games and play for children. Three bedrooms (two of which with double bed) as well as study with two armchairs that can be turned into two beds. At the bottom there is a large spa bathroom with sauna and bathtub. Nearby is Munkholmsbadet for the swimming pool and a short walk away is Sigtuna's old town.

Centrally located accommodation in the city dating back to the Viking Age. Close to the waters of Lake Mälaren and a lovely boardwalk, 5 km long with cafes and restaurants. Private entrance in larger house. 1 room (50 sqm) with toilet and shower and fully equipped kitchen. 150 meters to the central pedestrian street. Close to mini golf and playgrounds and about 3 km to the golf course. Elsa Beskow feeling with aunt Brun (cafe from the 17th century), Aunt Green and Aunt Gredelin and of course Uncle Blue with little P***k.

Charming villa with lake view a stone's throw from the city center, only 5 min walking distance from Sigtuna's picturesque pedestrian street. The house is very spacious with 5 bedrooms + 1 bedroom in guest house with connection to the house and offers plenty of room for both family and friends. Both house and plot with large terrace are fully furnished, 50 meters from a jetty that has a swimming area. In the house there is both a sauna as well as a fireplace and two tiled stoves that brighten the stay.

Nickybo - must see!

Nickybo - ett unikt timmerhus från 1800-talet, modernt renoverat i två våningar med stor tomt. Natur och vidsträckt utsikt över vattnet precis intill, bara en timma med bil från Stockholm city. Vackert kök i lantlig stil, sovrum på andra våningen med snedtak och takfönster, stor halvt inglasad uteplats att umgås på i alla väder. Spacious & newly renovated accommodation with sunny terass. The house has an very central location in beautiful Kungsängen. With 25 min from Stockholm City and 20 min from Arlanda Airport. The house is in a family area with direct connection to the bus stop outside the house as well as proximity to the commuter train (5 min walk). As a landlord, we will offer a fully equipped accommodation in the best possible condition. You as a guest should look after the house and respect the neighbors.

Welcome to a wonderful fully renovated cottage north of Stockholm in beautiful Stäket. The cottage has a double bed, kitchenette, microwave, small oven, AC, TV and Wifi. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and a washing machine. Next to the bathroom there is also a sauna. The cottage is located in Norra Stäket next to a horse paddock and close to beaches and a nature reserve. The location is 20 min by car from Stockholm city, or via community train from Kallhäll and then bus to Norra Stäket.

Simple and nice accommodation in detached houses on premises. The house is new and fresh with sleeping loft for two beds (two 90 cm mattresses) as well as a sofa bed on the lower floor. 2 km to the main road (road 263) where the bus stop is available with communication to Sigtuna and Märsta. The property is close to Arlanda airport (15 km) Sigtuna city (5 km) Stockholm city (50 km) (Only service animals allowed in the unit)
