Centrally located accommodation in the city dating back to the Viking Age. Close to the waters of Lake Mälaren and a lovely boardwalk, 5 km long with cafes and restaurants. Private entrance in larger house. 1 room (50 sqm) with toilet and shower and fully equipped kitchen. 150 meters to the central pedestrian street. Close to mini golf and playgrounds and about 3 km to the golf course. Elsa Beskow feeling with aunt Brun (cafe from the 17th century), Aunt Green and Aunt Gredelin and of course Uncle Blue with little P***k.

The house is very spacious with 5 bedrooms + 1 bedroom in guest house with connection to the house and offers plenty of room for both family and friends. Both house and plot with large terrace are fully furnished, 50 meters from a jetty that has a swimming area. In the house there is both a sauna as well as a fireplace and two tiled stoves that brighten the stay.

Nickybo - ett unikt timmerhus från 1800-talet, modernt renoverat i två våningar med stor tomt. Natur och vidsträckt utsikt över vattnet precis intill, bara en timma med bil från Stockholm city. Vackert kök i lantlig stil, sovrum på andra våningen med snedtak och takfönster, stor halvt inglasad uteplats att umgås på i alla väder. Här kan ni njuta av naturen, vandra eller springa i skogarna, läsa, spela spel, bada, eller paddla kanot i norra Björkfjärdens naturreservat med vilda grönskande öar.

Spacious & newly renovated accommodation with sunny terass. The house has an very central location in beautiful Kungsängen. With 25 min from Stockholm City and 20 min from Arlanda Airport. The house is in a family area with direct connection to the bus stop outside the house as well as proximity to the commuter train (5 min walk). As a landlord, we will offer a fully equipped accommodation in the best possible condition. You as a guest should look after the house and respect the neighbors.

The house is located 80 meters from the lake Mälaren. Sigtuna is Swedens´s oldest town and is close to Stockholm and Uppsala. The house and cottage have two fantastic terraces with evening sun until 9 PM. One main kitchen and two smaller kitchens.
