The studio is separate from our property, you will have a key and can come and go as you please. The Snug is set in a cul-de-sac and is in a quiet location with privacy and parking. Completely renovated 16th century listed cottage. Only 150 meters from town centre and 50 meters from Waitrose. There are lovely walk along the river Nene. If you come with your pet, the cottage comes with a small walled garden. Free Wifi and fully equipped kitchen. Lots of character with original features. Oundle is a beautiful Market town with a museum, stunning churches, wonderful shops and supermarkets, a busy market and lots of lovely coffee shops and restaurants.

Linton Lodge with breakfast

Linton Lodge is an annexe set back behind locked gates making it secure for children and pets. Breakfast comes as part of the package: items are left for you to cook/prepare at your leisure. This also includes; cereals, bread, preserves, and a selection of hot drinks. The private courtyard garden has table and chairs if you wish to eat outside. There are books, games, SKY tv., Netflix and Disney+. We are a short walk from amenities, the market place and Waitrose.

Local walks from the door around Titchmarsh Nature Reserve, Lakes, Nene Way etc. Fox Inn Pub in village, excellent. River access in village for paddle boarding etc. Local shopping in Oundle/Thrapston with Waitrose etc within 5 miles.
