Das Dachgeschoß dieses Gästehauses wurde zu einer besonderen, grossen 104m² Wohnung ausgebaut: Offene alte sichtbare Holzkonstruktion, ein großzügiger Wohn-Essbereich mit Glasfront zur Veranda, getoppt noch durch einen fantastischen Blick auf den See und in die Berge.

Ihr Traumurlaub direkt am Traunsee Die Ferienwohnung in der Bootshütte der Villa Schrötter ideal für Paare, Familien, Freunde oder Geschäftsreisende. Das kleine Schmuckstück stammt aus dem 19. Jahrhundert und wurde von uns mit viel Liebe neu renoviert und zu etwas Besonderem gemacht.

Welcome to our dog-friendly vacation home on idyllic Lake Attersee! Enjoy the lake view and nature. The house offers space for 5 people, a modern kitchen and a renovated bathroom. A highlight is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue - ideal for cozy BBQ evenings. Just 500 m away is a free lake access with changing rooms and toilets exclusively for our guests. You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.

Unser Chalet liegt direkt am Traunsee und bietet eine überdachte Veranda mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den See und den Traunstein – der ideale Ort, um in Ruhe zu entspannen. Im Winter könnt ihr am nahegelegenen Feuerkogel Skifahren und Schneeschuhwandern, während der Traunsee im Sommer zum Schwimmen, Segeln und Surfen einlädt. Mietet ein SUP und erkundet den See auf eigene Faust – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis direkt vor der Haustür!
