Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Das Haus liegt zu Fuß nur wenige Meter vom See und Zentrum von Schliersee entfernt. In Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten ein Bergsport auszuführen und danach in der großen, sonnigen Wohnung zu entspannen. Ein großer Balkon bietet die Möglichkeit die Sonne auch vom Haus aus zu genießen. Außerdem wird ein Parkplatz direkt am Grundstück angeboten.
