By car, it takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center, on foot (about 10 minutes) through the countryside it goes to the S-Bahn and regional train (about 25 minutes to Marienplatz or Central Station in about 15 minutes). Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

You will be surrounded by forest and fields, but still you can arrive the city center in less than half an hour by train. We have recently renovated this beautiful old Bavarian house.
