This beautiful apartment is on the 7th floor of a very quiet and well-kept residential complex in the beautiful three-country town of Passau. There is plenty of free parking in front of the house for cars or bicycles. By car, you can reach the main train station in 9 minutes. By city bus 8/9/K3 ( walking distance to the stop about 7-10 minutes) or by bike along the Inn you can get directly to the city center. The residential complex is located on a steep property. * communal washing machines

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. Apartment near Stadtzentrum. It looks bright and very friendly and is especially happy to be booked because of the location, the tasteful, plfl. Equipment, the pretty balcony, the almost immediate location at the Inn and the complete equipment (spices and other kitchen utensils, also shower gel, etc.) You can leave the car on the parking lot and reach the city center in 10 minutes on foot and on the bike path. Shopping and bus stop approx. 100 m
