There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Lovely vacation apartment near Linz. We live very rurally, but only 9 km from the capital Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this romantic spot in nature in the middle of nowhere. Our lovingly restored tiny house offers you the opportunity to switch off, breathe and head free wars in the middle of fantastic nature. The accommodation is very comfortable for two people. Firewood is included. A special highlight is the private sauna. This can be used for a fee (4€ per hour electricity).

Small but nice with a view of the Danube

The small room is partly furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship's post office of 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. Danube bike path leads past the house, in addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to transfer to Austria by ferry or to drive to Linz or Passau by steamer.

The "Lottis" was renovated and furnished last year with a lot of love for detail. It can accomodate up to three people and is equipped with all practical things. The apartment is located in a vacation rental complex, which has been extensively renovated in recent months :)
