We offer a quaint farmhouse, born in 1834 in the Bavarian Forest, with everything you need for a great vacation. Can be booked for 5 people or more. We have lots of horses big & small and dogs. Great excursion destinations around the house. On the first floor are the two bedrooms and the dressing room.

Two larger lakes nearby, about 5 km (Erlauzwiesler See and Freudensee)! Beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity! The three-river city of Passau is about 20 km away. To the Czech Republic 30 km, Austria 15 km.

The location is quiet and suitable for relaxing. Dogs are very welcome The hot tub is open all year round and is 38 degrees. By arrangement, you can use it at any time!
