Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with box spring bed and large wardrobe. In the living and dining room, next to a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area and a cozy dining table. There is a walk-in rain shower in the bathroom. A seating area is available in front of the entrance area.
