Stylish 1-room apartment in Biberach

The apartment was completely newly furnished by us in a modern new flat roof house. There is a work area, a fully equipped kitchen with a table and 2 chairs, a wardrobe and a comfortable new sofa bed. In addition, there is a hallway and a small bathroom. The apartment is located about 15 minutes walk from the main station Biberach and from the city center and is located on the so called "Lindele", a hill over Biberach. The company Boehringer Ingelheim ist near and good to reach.

Mühlhausen is about 7 km from Bad Waldsee, about 11 km from Bad Wurzach and about 15 km from Biberach/Riss. Parking available outside the house. Bus connections to Biberach and Bad Wurzach. Shops are in Oberessendorf, Eberhardzell, Bad Waldsee,.... Unfortunately, there are no Shopping and Restaurants in Mühlhausen. Amenities: kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, double bedroom, cot adjustable. In the living room there are two sofa beds and a single bed.

Our farm is located in the outdoor area of Ochsenhausen. The construction of our 3 apartments will be finished in November 2020 and we will open our operation on 12/1/2020. The apartments all have a spacious living area and the fully equipped kitchen, in modern design, invite you to feel comfortable. The shower cabins in the bathroom are specially designed for people with disabilities. In the courtyard there is a furnished terrace that invites you to linger.

The apartment with about 40 square meters and separate entrance is modern and cozy and has a fully equipped kitchen. Our nice basement apartment is integrated into our residential building. It's on the ground floor on the right and have a separate entrance. The kitchen offers a spacious kitchenette with a dining area, coffee machine, toaster, large fridge, kettle and microwave The bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and a relax sofa. The apartment is in a very good location, the market square is a 3-minute walk.
