The apartment was completely newly furnished by us in a modern new flat roof house. There is a work area, a fully equipped kitchen with a table and 2 chairs, a wardrobe and a comfortable new sofa bed. In addition, there is a hallway and a small bathroom. The apartment is located about 15 minutes walk from the main station Biberach and from the city center and is located on the so called "Lindele", a hill over Biberach. The company Boehringer Ingelheim ist near and good to reach.

The spacious studio features a queen bed with a textured dark quilt. A leather sofa faces a TV and bookshelf filled with books and DVDs. Soft natural light filters through sheer curtains, and a small painting adorns the green wall near the entrance.

In the bedroom is 1 double bed (1.80 m) and enough space for a baby crib. In the living room is a cozy seating area and another French bed (1.40 m).

A newly furnished 1-room apartment, 50 m² with kitchenette, dining area, living area with sofa bed, double bed and workstation; hallway with wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. We have newly furnished the terrace overlooking the countryside with a nice seating area and a great beach chair. We're sure you'll feel at home here.

Our nice basement apartment is integrated into our residential building. It is located on the first floor on the right and has a separate entrance. The kitchen offers a spacious kitchenette with a dining area, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge, kettle and microwave The bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a relax sofa. The apartment is in a very good location. The market square is a 3-minute walk away.

"Cozy apartment with terrace" The new apartment, lovingly furnished by us with one bedroom and a sofa bed (in the living and kitchen area), fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom, is about ten minutes walk from the train station and approx. 15-20 minutes walk from the city center, in the Biberach district "Talfeld". 2 minutes' walk away is an EDEKA market with a bakery.

A modern kitchen area is equipped with an oven, microwave, and a sleek cooktop. A dining table accompanies four chairs, and a cozy lounge chair is positioned nearby. Large windows allow natural light to fill the open living space, providing views of the outdoor greenery.
