The bedroom is not separated from the kitchen by a door. The kitchen is equipped with Bosch/Liebherr household appliances. The bedroom has a large 180*200 bed The apartment has two large wardrobes for clothes, and there is space for storing the suitcases. Samsung 50" TV, Smart-tv, Netflix app active. A cozy Scandinavian tiny house with a fireplace on the very shore of the Kiev Sea. Large private area, barbecue, swimming, fishing, walks along the shore. Easy access by car to the shore. There is another mini-house nearby where there may be other guests. There is everything for the grill, garden furniture, hammock. The house has a stove-fireplace and electric heating, a bathroom, a shower, a kitchenette, a mini-fridge, a multicooker, a kettle, tea, coffee, utensils, spices, and oil. White bedding and towels, shower sets, books and board games.

Far from the house there is a spring with healing water (a well 700 m deep), recommended for stomach diseases
