There is cold water during power outages, the Internet is available without electricity, individual gas heating and a heated floor (kitchen, bathroom, corridor). The apartment warms up quickly after the power is restored. Quiet, comfortable, neighbors are calm. Nearby coffee shops, mini-market, ATB (7 min), Nova Poshta, clean drinking water.

Perfect location in a quiet courtyard of the central street – 100 meters. The City Hall is a 5-minute walk away. Cafes - Desyatka, Delikacia, Urban Space, Familiya - up to 2 minutes. Each room has a double bed with a queen-size orthopedic mattress, a smart TV with Android games, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Netflix, coffee table. There is a desk if needed. The kitchen has a kettle, fridge, stove, dishes and drinking water. For every three rooms, there is a shared shower and toilet next to the room in the hallway. Total 9 rooms

A well-lit street with lots of green trees and cafes where you can have a cup of coffee and get some fresh air. The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable and hassle-free vacation. This is a two-floor apartment – on the first floor, there is a studio and kitchen with a folding sofa and a huge bathroom; on the second floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a large window.
