Die Wohnung liegt beschaulich und völlig ruhig in der Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 2. ten Stock über unserer zweiten Ferienwohnung Captain‘s house und hat einen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne Richtung Bodensee. Ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt euch vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Wir haben eine Ladestation für E- Autos. Für kleine Kinder ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. In diesem Fall ist die 2te FEWO besser geeignet.

Idyllic lakeside

Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests looking for a relaxing break. At the same time, it is a great starting point for excursions in the beautiful surroundings and to interesting destinations. Even in autumn and winter! It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here you can take the ferry to Meersburg - and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A beautiful long riverside path or the free, direct bus (about 10 min.) leads to the old town.

Quiet apartment for relaxation

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

Cozy apartment to relax

My apartment in Überlingen is in a very quiet location on Lake Constance. As a guest, you can park directly in front of the apartment. If you want to use public transport, you have a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Feel free to store your wheels. Lake Constance/downtown is about 20 minutes' walk away. You can also have breakfast in a sunny location in front of the apartment. Private parking space for the car and 2 bikes.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. Dear guests, Our apartment is located in the small beautiful Daisendorf and is perfect for relaxing from everyday life due to its location. It is part of a detached house where I live with my family.
