One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Apartment Auta

Unser Haus liegt im Herzen von St. Ulrich, ruhig und doch zentrumsnah. Die Zweizimmerwohnung Auta besticht durch ihre traditionelle alpenländische Einrichtung mit viel Holz, die eine warme, gemütliche Atmosphäre schafft. Auf dem schönen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit genießt ihr den Blick auf St. Ulrich und traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge. Die neu restaurierte Wohnung befindet sich in einem Bauernhof mit angeschlossenem Künstleratelier (Gregor Prugger) in St.Ulrich im Grödnertal mit wunderbarer, einzigartiger Aussicht auf das Tal. Der Pilathof liegt abgelegen und mitten in der Natur und ist nur mit einem Geländewagen (ca. 8 Minuten Fahrt von St.Ulrich) oder in 40 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Shuttleservice steht zu Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geeignet für Naturliebhaber. Eine Privatsauna steht zu Verfügung.

Our light-flooded apartment is fully equipped, and features a private south-facing balcony with a unique view. Thanks to the central location of the chalet, you can start your holiday activities in summer as well as in winter directly from the accommodation by foot. Afterwards, treat yourself to a few hours of relaxation in the private sauna in your chalet or end the day on the couch with a glass of wine and a view through our panoramic windows.

Noreia Pitla

Newly built in 2020, the centrally located apartment building Noreia Pitla is located very close to the shopping facilities in Ortisei. The apartment was built with natural materials and impresses with its pleasant indoor climate. The modern furnished apartment has a living room, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and accommodates 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, SAT-TV and underfloor heating.

La Rodra Apartment

The elegant "Apartment La Rodra" is located in Ortisei in a quiet but also central position, not far from the ski lifts and the Seceda ski slope. A wonderful view of the Dolomites awaits you here. The 65 m² flat offers space for 4 people. The flat consists of a living room with large couch and satellite TV, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and electric kettle, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

Vacation on the Moandlhof farm

The Moandl farm has been in the Goller family for over 100 years. Traditionally, we live from dairy farming and in December 2016 we started offering farm holidays in our newly built farmhouse for the first time.
