Easy access, and lots of nature

Our accommodation is located at Sítio Água, easily accessible and safe, the guest arrives and does not even need to leave. Trails, waterfalls, natural pools and lots of green area are our characteristics. We are 30 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the historic city of São Luiz do Paraitinga. Our immediate neighbor is the Serra do Mar State Park - Santa Virginia Center, where visitors can go hiking, rafting and mountain biking. Next to the Sítio is a mini-market, snack bar and gas station.

A tree house is nestled among lush green foliage, supported by sturdy tree trunks. A wooden staircase leads up to the entrance, surrounded by dense tropical plants. The structure features large windows, allowing natural light to flood the interior while blending harmoniously with the surrounding nature.

In the best beach style, our suites were built with a clean and unkempt layout, using an eucalyptus log structure and bamboo lining that add charm and comfort to the environment. In addition, our suites have huge wooden sliding doors, making the space well ventilated and at the same time bright. We look forward to having you! ;-)
