Our home is in the historical center in a small village in the heart of the city!We have a private car parking with sizes 2x4.90 (included in the price). You don't need pass Ztl to arrive by car. Rooms with private bathroom and air conditioner. "House Nubia" is in the San Frediano district... "the coolest neighborhood of the world" (by Lonely Planet). Ponte vecchio is located just 10 minutes on foot from our home, as well as the Visarno Arena and the main train station of Santa Maria novella.

From the small terrace you can enjoy the wide view across the sea, while sunbathing, listening to the soothing sound of the waves or simply relax, in the shade, with the glass of a cool drink. Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
