Access the resort facilities with free water sports (kayaking, water trampoline and sailing boats) and a paid water activity park perfect for the kids (and big kids too!). An 18 hole Golf course runs through the resort. This is a perfect Sunshine Coast getaway for the whole family. All linen and towels are provided. Sit on the deck and watch the world go by. Our place is on the river in a peaceful residential block, close to all amenities. We expect our guests to be quiet & leave the unit as found, (please do not move furniture or items) 1st floor (via stairs) within a complex of 9. A single lock up garage is available for guest use. Enjoy access to the private jetty... swimming, self equipped fishing Duporth Tavern & Ocean St dining precinct are across the road, with Cotton Tree Beach, Sunshine Plaza & Picnic Point just a short walk away.

Boho Beach Vibe - directly opposite the beach

We have over 100 5-star reviews which reflects the experience of staying with us. This apartment was my home for over 18 years. I love it here and will definitely miss living in this seaside paradise. Situated directly across the street from the beach and just a short stroll to the river mouth. The cafes and shops are a two minute walk and Sunshine Plaza is a short 5 minute drive. And yes we do have Netflix. Located in the heart of Cotton Tree, this is the destination for your next trip.
