The property is located at an altitude of 1,250 m above sea level and is characterized by its cozy atmosphere and quiet location at the end of the access road. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. It is about 12 minutes to the valley and the nearest supermarket, there is a bakery near the lifts. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own accommodation unit and is well suited for 4 persons. !! undermountain #jb15 liegt auf rund 850m seehöhe und befindet sie in einer alleinlage am waldrand. in der nähe befindet sich noch eine unbewohnte hütte. du bist nur 500m von der nächsten öffentlichen straße entfernt, dafür aber gefühlt kilometerweit von der zivilisation. früh morgens wenn du deine augen öffnest siehst du mit etwas glück einen kleinen fuchs oder ein paar rehe vorbeiziehen. es wird malerisch, fast schon kitschig;)
