The ideal vacation for time travelers. My house was built in 1910 as one of the first vacation homes on Lake Constance. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, slow and cheerful and you will find the time for all the things that are important to you. When you look out the window, you can see over the park to the lake and can still watch the cheeky squirrels. On 240 m², everyone can find their favorite place. If you are looking for even more nature, take a walk through the Eriskircher Ried.

Our spacious listed vacation villa is three-story and offers plenty of space for your vacation – it invites you to linger. There are 160 sqm at your disposal.On the 2nd floor there are two more sleeping rooms available if necessary. Around 1900 it was built here between the old city walls and Kinzig. It is located just 400 metres from the historic market square, with a view of the monastery complex, Kinzigtorturm and Kinzig. Almost everyone who sees the house falls in love at first sight.

Die Loft ist 280m2 gross und komplett mit allem ausgerüstet. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Die Betten im oberen Stock sind von feinster Qualität und auch die Sanitären Anlagen. Der untere Stock ist 200m2 gross und beinhaltet ebenso eine Schlafmöglichkeit für 2 Personen. Wintergarten und Terrasse sind im 3. Stock.
