Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

The cabin has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, full kitchen and spacious living area. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the large top-level deck. Amenity Highlights: hot tub, outdoor stove, Keurig, washer/dryer, 16'x24' elevated deck and walking trails throughout property. Charming cabin in the woods that sleeps 6. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Located in a very secluded area on 100 wooded acres that we own, with trails all throughout the property. A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Tustin Treasure on Diamond Lake

Cozy and comfortable lakefront cabin is situated on Diamond Lake. Diamond Lake is all sports, but generally stays very quiet. The fishing is great. There is an excellent boat launch. Be transported back to simpler times in this 3 bedroom/1 bathroom cabin. There are two large living rooms, a dining area, and an eat in kitchen. The cabin is nostalgic with very basic modern amenities. This is a great place to relax and a super launching point to Cadillac & Traverse City, etc.

Smoking / Vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property. Located in Tustin, Michigan, just 10 miles south of Cadillac. Private home tucked back in the woods on 20 acres with close proximity to the Manistee National Forest. Hiking trails throughout the property. Kids tree house. Large outdoor firepit with firewood included. 20 miles to Caberfae Peaks ski resort and 50 miles to Crystal Mountain ski resort. Public ATV and snowmobile trails nearby.
