The house is accessed by an external staircase. The outdoor pergola is furnished with a table and chairs/loungers The beach, about 250 meters away, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The house has a garden, with a lawn, reserved for about 200 square meters.

The villa "Il Paduletto", located in a very quiet location, despite being in the countryside, is a few minutes from the Sterpaia natural park and the beautiful beach of Carlappiano, it is close to the town of Riotorto, where there are shops and supermarket. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

Our house, fresh from a renovation in 2024, combines the charm of history with modern comfort in 90 m2 all on one level. Every detail has been designed to give you a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where tradition meets well-being: exposed wooden beams, ancient decorations patiently brought to light by me... and the principles of Feng Shui guide the design, colors and arrangement of the furnishings and rooms.
