The Loft

Last floor newly renovated loft very close to the train station and city center. The 65sqm flat has one queen size bedroom, one bathroom and a very spacious open space with a fully furnished modern kitchen. It’s located 15 minutes from the beach and 1 minute walk from the train / bus station. There is a 700Mbps Free Wi-Fi, a drinking Water Filter, a 50inch 4K tv with Apple TV, Netflix and Prime video included. Be aware the flat is on the forth and last floor and there is no elevator.

Beautifully furnished Open Space with swimming pool. From the terrace of the Apt. you can enjoy a wonderful view stretching from the Argentario promontory to the nearby island of Giannutri. Guests have free use of a scooter and two helmets. The apartment is 320 metres from Cannelle beach and 1,500 metres from the tourist port. “Only one word can describe the stay...AMAZING!!! In my opinion, it is the most beautiful villa on the Island.”

A lovely studio located on the first floor

A lovely studio (20 mq) located on the first floor of the old barn. From his window you can glance at the sea, all along the headland of Piombino and Elba island. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower and a double bed. The accomodation can comfortably host 2 people. In the garden below it is available to our guests and their furry friends an exclusive outdoor dining area with picnic table.

The open living space features a spacious gray sectional sofa with accent lighting reflecting off the textured brick arch ceiling. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, and a decorative sculpture rests on a stylish table, enhancing the modern design.

Il Frantoio - Charming Loft in the old town

This elegant and spacious Loft “Il Frantoio”, with a living area of 160 m², is located in the old town of the medieval village Radicondoli. The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity. The Loft was recently completly restored with a high focus on comfort and best quality materials.

A comfortable sleeping area features a dark metal bed frame with soft turquoise bedding. Natural light enters from a nearby open balcony door, which leads to views of greenery. A woven light fixture hangs overhead, enhancing the serene atmosphere of the room.

Casa Oliva - the Loft

Casa Oliva was born in the summer of 2021 from the renovation of the apartment on the first floor of a large family house - mine! - which was divided into 2. This is the smallest apartment and is designed as a single airy environment. It is located in a privileged position: just outside the confusion of the worldly Marina di Campo, surrounded by greenery but a 5-minute walk from the sea and the center.

A compact living area features a sofa bed dressed with a light cover, set against a backdrop of wooden beams and warm parquet flooring. A round table with two chairs is positioned nearby, complemented by various shelves and a wall clock, creating a functional space.
