Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

In the area you will find a local bakery, a lunch place, tennis courts, gym, a shopping center and more. One bicycle is included, basic standard.

This family friendly apartment is close to all amenities. Situated 5 minutes walking distance from the train/bus station (20minutes from Arlanda airport, 15 minutes from Stockholm central station by train). Close to shopping center, parks, and 15-minutes walking distance from the sea. The flat is composed by a living room with a sofa bed and access to a terrace, a sleeping area with double bed, a children's bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.

My place is close to public transport, the airport, the city center, and parks. You’ll love my place because of The garden and the location. You enter the apartment, on upper floor, from an communal stair house. From the balcony you have nice views of a landscaped garden and a nice residential area. Along the Edsviken bay area you find beaches and recreation areas.. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The house is located in Helenelund/Fågelsången with proximity to Järvafältet. The house is located only a couple of kilometers from a nice beach in Edsviken and 2 km to EdsbergsEdsbergs Sportfält with ski slope, bike park, high-altitude track, running trails and artificial turf courts.

We, a family with two small girls, rent out an apartment in our turn-of-the-century house at Edsviken in Sollentuna. The apartment is located on the bedside level and is about 36m2 with kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom, washing machine and patio overlooking Edsviken. The house is about a five minute walk from Sollentuna Centrum where you get into the central station in under 15 minutes.

Get easy access to everything from this perfectly located home. The apartment is located 5 minutes from Edsviken and Sollentuna Vallen and a few minutes walk to the commuter train as well as buses.
