The apartment has a large balcony, its own lockable box (for skis, bicycles) and a garage in the underground part of the residence. Parking right next to the house (you will pass through the open gate). The last 200 m of the access road may be in poor condition, muddy/frozen/snowy, but with caution passable, depending on the current weather.
