Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom, separate toilet and a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed. Upstairs there is a bathroom with toilet, a bedroom with a double bed 140x190cm and a bedroom with two single beds.

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d 'Orient, vineyards and factory shops. On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a tv lounge area. On the same level, you have one bedroom, one shower room and one toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.

Enjoy easy access to everything in the city of Sainte-Savine from this perfectly located home base. It is a 5-minute drive from Troyes train station. Downtown Troyes is a 7-minute drive away. Easy access via the ring road. You can take bus line 1 at the end of the street which will take you to the McArthur Glen outlet stores. Parking is easy and free on the street. Access to the property is autonomous with a key box.
