House by the sea near Tromsø with panorama views

We love our house! It's on the most amazing location right by the sea with a view over beautiful mountains, surrounded by nature, and if you are lucky you'll see wild life like reindeers, otters, moose and whales and you can also see Northern Lights from the house. We built the house in 2018 and moved in right away. The house is modern, well equipped and it has a fantastic panorama sauna only a few meters from the sea. The place is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly and helpful.

Spectacular new build house (2018) in a lovely, quiet area with a beautiful view to the fjord/sea, mountains and forest in Kvaløya /Tromsø. You can watch the beautiful northern light / aurora borealis from the huge window (10 sqm), sitting in the living room with a cup of tea or coffee in your hand:-) This is a perfect place for tourists who wants to see the northern light, whales in the fjord at winter, hiking/ skiing in the mountains or everything else you want in this lovely city.

Leiligheten ligger helt nede i strandkanten ved havet, 10 kilometer fra Lagnes flyplass, og 15 kilometer fra Tromsø sentrum. Her er det kort vei til både fjell og elv, så det er riktig og si at du er midt i nord-norsk natur. The apartment is located near by at the sea, 10 kilometers from Lagnes Airport and 15 kilometers from Tromsø city center. It is short distance to both mountains and river, so it's right to say that you are in the middle of northern Norwegian nature.

Liten enkel leilighet med sentral beliggenhet. Leiligheten består av inngangsparti, kjøkken med spiseplass og sofa, bad og et soverom. Leiligheten ligger i nærheten av Fjellheisen/ Sherpatrappa, Ishavskatedralen, Tromsøbrua, bussforbindelser og butikk. Tromsø sentrum er 5 minutter unna med bil/ buss eller ca. 25 minutters gåtur. Busstoppet er under 100 meter fra leiligheten. Gratis parkering på tomten. Utleier bor i samme hus, men det er ulike innganger. Velkommen!

This house looks like a little cathedral, and lies only a five minutes walk from the centre of Tromsø. Large windows in the front gives a magnificent view of the city, the sea and the Mountains. The house was finished in 2019. We have choosen exclusive materials and design furniture. You’ll see that it’s made by heart. Helga, the host, lives in the house next door, and is readily available. This is the perfect place to stay in Tromsø. Welcome!

The View, Aurora,skiing/hiking,close to citycenter

The apartment is spacious and has an amazing view. You have a 180 degrees view over Tromsø and its surroundings. You can see mountains, the fjord, the Arctic cathedral, the cable car and the mountains surroundings it..The Northern lights can easily be seen from the balconies if it is out dancing for us. The apartment is within town center with its many attractions, restaurants, galleries, cafes, museums and shops. A short walk to everything.

Koselig og lys leilighet, helt for deg selv, i et trygt og rolig område! Raskt, trådløst Internett for deg som kanskje trenger å arbeide litt. Parkering for en bil. Buss til flyplassen og senter. Fra hagen kan du se midnattsola fra slutten av mai til slutten av juli. I vintermånedene er det gode muligheter for å se Nordlyset (Aurora Borealis)! Leiligheten er nylig oppusset!
