Adjacent bike and hiking trails allow you to take great excursions into nature. Excursion destinations: Zoo Hof, Altstadt Hof, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, museum, Franconian Forest, Fichtel Mountains, Untreusee, various gastronomy and much more.

The apartment is located on the outskirts and very well connected to the cycling and hiking trails. The sleeping area for two people can be reached by a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the cottage, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the premises. There is another hut on the property, which also occasionally accommodates guests.
