Our recently remodeled two bedroom, one bath home is located in central Redding. Walking distance from the Sundial Bridge, the Civic Center, and downtown eateries. Close to shopping, and the Sacramento River Tail System. Bear, my uber-friendly labordoodle and I live in the rear house. Our goal is a quiet and relaxing stay. We DO NOT allow parties, get-togethers, family gatherings etc. - because of the existing neighborhood rules and City parking limitations, and of course, Covid19 measures

The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There is an outdoor charcoal grill and picnic table. Electric Air conditioning and heat. no Smoking, no pets. We live close to the beautiful Trinity River & 30 minutes from the Trinity Alps. We share our beautiful home which has a studio and bathroom that have their own access separate from our home. We have kayaks and bikes that you can borrow. The studio has a kitchen that is well stocked. You can enjoy feeding our llamas and horses as well as get great recommendations for fishing, hiking and outdoor adventure. We have our pickleball court available and can borrow paddles/balls.
