Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

*Promotion price due to construction site until Oct 25* Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

If you’re in for a hike or sledging just step out of the door and start walking, the overwhelming nature Naturpark Beverin reveals right in front of you.
