Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Front and back screened porch. Perfectly placed by the water. Wake up and have coffee while watching the deer and geese. Enjoy nature! There is a paddle boat & kayaks available with life jackets. Use at your own risk. There are pontoon boat rentals nearby Barkley Marina. PONTOON ON PROPERTY IS NOT FOR USE. Refilling propane tank for grilling is up to the guest. There are a couple of gas stations nearby where you can refill the tank.

There is plenty of space to park your vehicle and water toys. We are located within a rural subdivision that overlooks the main channel of Lake Barkley. Five-minute drive to Prizer Point Marina or other local boat ramps. Enjoy peaceful sunsets from the front porch or patio deck

Trex decking, LED glass-light railings, a large kitchen ready to entertain, & newly renovated bathrooms - it's got something for everyone. This is our personal home away from home with access to kayaks, floats, and a state-of-the-art dock that we built in 2022. Enjoy it just as we have. And relax!

Lakefront home with private 2 slip dock

This private vacation home on Lake Barkley have beautiful views of the lake and has lots of wildlife viewing opportunities. This property also includes use of a 2 slip private dock at the end of the Rockcastle bay. This beautiful home is located on 10 acres and is on a private drive. The dock is only 150 yards from the back door! ATTENTION!! The dock is only accessible from the water during the summer pool levels. Summer pool is usually April until Early August but dates vary.
