Welcome between vineyards, nature and amphitheater! The high-quality furnished, approximately 90 square meter apartment is located in Trier-Olewig, the old wine district of the city. From the 17 square meter south-east terrace, the view extends into the countryside. The detached single-family home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with free parking. Close to the city and in the middle of a 1200 square meter property with beds and trees, under which our small flock of chickens and rooster Hugo are at home.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. It measures 90m² and is surrounded by nature. The accommodation has two double beds and two single beds, a large kitchen (ground floor) and a small kitchenette (upstairs). We are currently undergoing renovations, so there are no photos of the other rooms yet. There is a terrace and a barbecue area in the garden. There is also a small balcony with tables. IMPORTANT: Reservations can only be made from September 1, 2025.

The atmosphere in the east quarter of Trier is familiar and scenic. The pedestrian zone with all the sights, museums and shopping, train station, but also nature, vineyards and beautiful hiking, everything is within 10 minutes almost at the doorstep. A convenience store, bakery, wine shop, a 24-hour gas station and a burger and pizza take-away... are all around the corner! As well as the train station and bus stop.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The basement apartment can accommodate up to 2 people. The bed can be used as a single bed or pulled out as a full double bed (each with a mattress). It has a living/sleeping room and a separate bathroom with shower. The two corridors serve as a connection between the two rooms and still house the art of me and artist friends. Our 100 m² spacious bright apartment offers enough space for families and friends to spend time together. Located between forest and city, near the beautiful Moselle, you can walk to the center of Trier. Lovingly furnished, you will find everything in the apartment to relax after an eventful day. Thanks to the good bus connection, you can reach all the sights of the historic Roman city in a few minutes.

My place is in the middle of nature on the outskirts of Kersch and yet only 15 minutes by car from the city center of Trier, 30 minutes from Luxembourg Airport. You'll love my place because of the coziness of the old estate, high rooms, nature, views over extensive fields, quiet location, relaxation. Large garden behind the house. 50 m further children's playground at the village fountain. .

The apartment on the granary of the former mill estate Georgsmühle is located in the Südeifel Nature Park on the outskirts of Ralingen on the Sauer, in the immediate vicinity of the Luxembourg border town of Rosport. In the Sauertal, uniquely and beautifully located, you can enjoy many leisure activities. Hikers, anglers, mountain bikers and other recreation seekers are very welcome here.

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle.
