Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. It measures 90m² and is surrounded by nature. The accommodation has two double beds and two single beds, a large kitchen (ground floor) and a small kitchenette (upstairs). We are currently undergoing renovations, so there are no photos of the other rooms yet. There is a terrace and a barbecue area in the garden. There is also a small balcony with tables. IMPORTANT: Reservations can only be made from September 1, 2025.

The atmosphere in the east quarter of Trier is familiar and scenic. The pedestrian zone with all the sights, museums and shopping, train station, but also nature, vineyards and beautiful hiking, everything is within 10 minutes almost at the doorstep. It has a living/sleeping room and a separate bathroom with shower. The two corridors serve as a connection between the two rooms and still house the art of me and artist friends. My place is in the middle of nature on the outskirts of Kersch and yet only 15 minutes by car from the city center of Trier, 30 minutes from Luxembourg Airport. You'll love my place because of the coziness of the old estate, high rooms, nature, views over extensive fields, quiet location, relaxation. Large garden behind the house. 50 m further children's playground at the village fountain. .

The apartment on the granary of the former mill estate Georgsmühle is located in the Südeifel Nature Park on the outskirts of Ralingen on the Sauer, in the immediate vicinity of the Luxembourg border town of Rosport. In the Sauertal, uniquely and beautifully located, you can enjoy many leisure activities. Hikers, anglers, mountain bikers and other recreation seekers are very welcome here.
