The rooms are spacious with private bathroom, a kettle to make coffee and tea, croissants for breakfast. A large common living room to rest, a pool table for fun.

It is located on the 2nd floor of the building, it has high ceilings with exposed beams and wooden floors. The systems and furnishings are new, comfortable and modern. The bright and airy room overlooks a typical Venetian courtyard. From 1570 to today, every Sunday morning at 10.30 am live Gregorian songs and incense arrive inside the house. No AC.

Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
