The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

Mine is an old two-story stone house located in the countryside 10 minutes from the center. Completely renovated respecting tradition but equipped with all comforts. Perfect for couples, but also comfortable and welcoming for larger families. It consists of a kitchen with a living room with a sofa bed and bathroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom with a bathroom on the upper floor. Large and comfortable outdoor spaces for those who want to relax surrounded by nature.

Developed on three levels, it has a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen, two bathrooms and a living room at the entrance (with sofa bed). Free parking is usually available a few meters away. Supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants easily reachable by foot and located within 700 m. 30 meters from the important historical site of the Emissary Claudio Torlonia.
