The WC is also on the outside This cozy cottage is made with green building techniques and materials (straw bale, timber and lime mortar), and that is something it is like to live there. We are 500 meters from Monachil, a charming little town near Granada (10 minutes) and has many amenities: restaurants, tapas bars, active tourism companies (horseback riding, mountain bike trails, hiking walking, skiing, paragliding ...), also has a frequent bus service to take you to the center of Granada.

It is a sustainable house and independent of the city's energy, which means that we operate with solar panels. We enjoy privileged views of nature. It is essential that you come with your own car. Due to the layout of the house, it is not suitable for people with mobility issues. Heating with a wood stove. Natural pool with cool spring water.
