The house is located on a 20,000-meter plot with lots of nature. It is 7 minutes from downtown Lavras, near UFLA, Gammon school. The house has a beautiful swimming pool, gourmet area and pergola that are exclusive to the guests of this house. We have two ballrooms, a chapel, an inn and the caretaker's house on the grounds.
