Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

The village of Azzano is about 500m away, while Tremezzo is about 900.The apartment has double exposure with lake views and mountain. In front of the entrance there is a small lawn (not the apartment’s) where you can stop to unload your luggage, there is a large parking lot in Viano about 300m away

Very centrally located the apartment benefits from a private terrace, balcony, secure parking and a communal swimming pool in the rear garden. It has been newly renovated for this summer

The 3rd bed is inflatable and comfortable. Free garage, or close to public transport. There is Wi-Fi and a common garden. Ideal for visiting the whole lake from Como to Bellagio, to Varenna and the villas. Town tourist tax of 3 €/person/day from March to Oct. payable on arrival.
