The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

Custom crafted tiny home! It’s a industrial/rustic style home and equipped with everything you’ll need for a great stay including your own private hot tub! Please make note of the spiral staircase as it is steep. It’s located in a private corner of our property with its own drive so you will feel completely on your own. It’s located about 7 miles from Bellaire and Shorts brewery as well as torch lake. It’s about 45 minutes from traverse city, Charlevoix and Petoskey.

Firehouse One was the first Fire Station to operate in the city way back in 1891. This stylish ground level flat at Firehouse One was built in 2022. It has one bedroom and one bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 guests with free parking and fiber internet on-site.
