Our tiny house is located on a corner of our small farm. Set in an idyllic location, it allows you to unwind. There is space for four people (possibly 5 with children; just ask us), a kitchen (electric stove, oven, Nespresso machine), and a bathroom. Wellness chalet on 73 m² with its own wellness equipment. A Finnish sauna, hot tub and a crackling fireplace provide quiet, relaxing moments. Surrounded by natural, unique and high-quality furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen, everything has been thought of. Towels, bedding, bathrobes and slippers are already there. Outside, you can enjoy your first coffee or wine in the evening in comfort on the large balcony or terrace.

The wooden vacation home is located on a 600 m² and lovingly designed property with plenty of space to relax and unwind for up to 6 people. Two terraces with awnings and cozy seating invite you to sunbathe or eat together. The highlights of the garden are a Jacuzzi with wood burning, a fire bowl and the rustic seating area in the countryside. The property has partial lake views - the swimming lake is about 3 minutes on foot.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
