Situated in absolute serenity, the house offers a stunning view of the lake, the mountains on the east bank, and the village of Traunkirchen. There will be no other guests or landlord during your period of stay. The city center and the lake are about 8 minutes walking distance from the house on a steep walking trail. NO ROAD ACCESS TO THE HOUSE!

It originally dates back to 1503 and was completely renovated with much love in 2008. It is luxuriously equipped: gas central heating, underfloor heating on the first floor, sauna, very cozy, spacious kitchen-living room with tiled stove, 2 large bedrooms with open fireplace and a large terrace.
