F.n Long Term Rented Private 2 room & kitchen home with terrace. Most things in the property are lovely o-matched and charmingly decorated by reused, but fresh stuff! Grocery store 50m away. Barbecue/pizzeria, color & fabric shop, Retro/Secondhand "just around the corner". Several outlet stores with fine brands just around "2-3 corners"! The apartment is also a small shop in itself, as you can buy some of the decor when you go home! We work with CbA Retroant view that looks to the apartment so the apartment is styled with buyable stuff! Welcome

Welcome to Appartment Hären. A newly built apartment (completed in 2023) on the second floor with a standard beyond the ordinary. The view is magical over Lake Hären. The large window section is in the west for optimal evening sun. In the open kitchen and living room, you have a wonderful view in three directions. A modern kitchen/living room with a fireplace and lovely social areas make this apartment something out of the ordinary. Swimming area is about 100 meters from the apartment. Patio with charcoal grill is on the entrance floor.

Attractive apartment centrally located for endless activities for all ages. The apartment is on the ground floor. Only 600 meters to a beautiful swimming lake, where there is also the possibility of canoeing and kayaking. The same place is also possible to fish, as Nissan runs across the lake. Only 50 meters to an exciting lighted hiking trail of 4 km in a nice forest area. It is also possible to bike or ski in the winter. It is only 5 km to Isaberg Mountain Resort and 3 km to Isaberg Golf.

MTB trails, 36 hole golf course, hiking trails, and lakes. The property has access to lawn with swings, sandbox, and BBQ. The accommodation has a double bed and sofa bed for two, as well as a crib. 5-15 minutes from the property there are grocery stores, restaurants, several swimming lakes and activities.
