This apartment, refurbished in February 2023, is ideally located both close to all shops and amenities, while being in a quiet street in the city center as well as all hiking departures. Restonica Valley, Tavignanu Valley…. A stone's throw from the old town where the museum, the citadel... You can get everywhere on foot. Corte, thanks to its central location, is about 1 hour from Bastia or Ajaccio. 45 minutes from the first beaches of the Balagne.

It is a building that is 500 years old, it is an old winepress called "U FRAGNU", this building is a typical building and entirely built with the stones of the village, it sits in the middle of an old vine with its small stream that flows at its feet. You can enjoy its private covered terrace, its very sunny garden with views of our beautiful mountains as well as its stone swimming pool from which its waterfall that will soothe you.

A spacious terrace showcases a stunning view of the sea and surrounding landscape. Comfortable seating arrangements include two wicker chairs and a blue table set with matching chairs. The serene atmosphere is complemented by clear blue skies and lush greenery in the distance.
