Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The studio is located on the ground floor of a character house in the village of Linguizzetta, due to its position it offers a breathtaking view of a panorama from the mountain to the sea with the island of Monte Cristo in front, The village is 380 m above sea level and 12 km from the sea and shops. a kitchenette area and a shower room complete this 16 m2 studio. Outside, there's a porch with a table and a garden with armchairs.

Apartment of 35 square meters, completely refurbished but with natural products, lime/hemp walls, lime painting, old beams. the building at more than 200 years and its thick walls keep the fresh. Sublime view of the valleys. Built on a mountainside, access is stairs-free from a very quiet residential pedestrian street (private door from the outside, limiting contact) but the windows, on the other hand, are on the 3rd floor on the valley side.

It is a building that is 500 years old, it is an old winepress called "U FRAGNU", this building is a typical building and entirely built with the stones of the village, it sits in the middle of an old vine with its small stream that flows at its feet. The valleys of Restonica and Tavignano are less than 15 minutes away and you will find transparent and clear rivers, many hiking trails (Lakes Melu and Capitello...). Beautiful Vizzavona Forest is less than 30 minutes away, as well as the first beaches. You'll love the studio for its exceptional views.
