Our guest house is in a quiet residential neighborhood in Ibaraki City. There is a river flowing right next to it, so you can stay while enjoying nature. On the ground floor, there is a cafe motifed with hedgehogs, where you can enjoy delicious coffee and baked goods. You can go to the JR and Hankyu stations by bus from the bus stop, which is a 4-minute walk from our guest house, and the transportation is convenient. There is also a delicious bakery and convenience store nearby, and there is also a shopping mall about a 20-minute walk away, so you can enjoy shopping. The room has a full kitchen, washing machine, washroom, and self-contained toilet and bathroom, making it suitable for long-term stays.The room is about 9 tatami mats, so it can accommodate up to 5 people. Guests are given a welcome drink that can be used at the cafe on the first floor!(Only for those staying on the cafe's business days) Please enjoy our coffee and tapioca drinks * Opening hours Thursday-Sunday 16:00 - 19:00 (Closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and rainy days)

The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.
